Let me start by saying thank you to my good friends Tina & Todd Bowen. Since seeing them last about 3 months before, I was amazed how great they both looked. That’s all I needed. The proof was right before my eyes. I decided to begin the program.
At age 44 my health was declining; my weight was at the highest it’s ever been; my cholesterol level was very dangerous resulting in being put on Lipitor. Low energy, hot flashes, not sleeping well.
Over the past twenty years I have tried phen-fhen diet pills, low carb, Weight Watchers, Curves and Alli which only made my stomach hurt. The weight always came back. I had even begun avoiding social events because of how I felt about myself.
I am very pleased to say this program exceeds them all. It’s not hard at all. From the very first week changes began to happen. It’s really easy. I haven’t been hungry. We had a Birthday party.
